Virginia Commonwealth University has initiated a new track that prepares Mathematics Specialists within its Masters in Interdisciplinary Studies (MIS) program.  Further information about this program and application materials are available.  Teachers who complete their applications prior to November 30, 2004 can apply Mathematics Specialist courses completed previously without being subject to the normal limits on the number of credits of previously completed work that can be applied towards a graduate degree.
